Grape variety: 80% Pinot Blanc. 20% Auxerrois.
Elegant, dry and racy, this Crémant Brut is characterized by a deep citrus nose and ripe fruit aromas (white peach). It is full and unctuous in the mouth in a pleasing freshness on the finish.
Alcohol content: 12°
The Crémant Brut can be enjoyed as an appetizer, but also with some desserts, like cheese-cake or kougelhopf.
To be served between 8°C and 10°C.
