The Goose Foie Gras is the Foie Gras of Alsace par excellence; its taste is subtle and delicate.
Contained in an oval can, you will be able to produce good slices; contained in a glass jar with its wine-scented jelly, you will remove your Goose Foie Gras with a spoon.
Keep your Goose Foie Gras in the fridge for 12 hours before using. Quickly run the glass jar under hot water to aid removal from the jar, and then run a knife under hot water to help with slicing.
To accompany this Foie Gras, it is best to use un-toasted brown bread. Do not use toasted sandwich or novelty bread which spoils the flavor of the Foie Gras.
For this gourmet moment, we recommend that you serve a Pinot Gris, a robust wine, round and long on the palate, the aromas of which go very well with your Edouard Artzner Foie Gras.
