Presentation

A great Classic from Alsace prepared in the purest respect of the tradition of Artzner of Strasbourg's Foie Gras since 1803. The presentation in a trapezoid shape, which is a characteristic of our region, is ideal for obtaining good slices. Duck Foie Gras has a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a taste which is more pronounced and rustic than that of Goose Foie Gras.

Suggestion

Don’t hesitate to add a touch of color and flavor with our dried fruit compote, an exclusive recipe to the house of Edouard Artzner. A bit of “Edouard Artzner” Gewurztraminer jelly, in cubes or finely chopped, will wonderfully flavor your Duck Foie Gras.
