A flagship of Alsatian gastronomy, Goose Foie Gras in terrine is one of the emblematic products of Maison Edouard Artzner. In the books dating from the beginning of the 19th century, we can trace the development of "Pâté de Foie Gras de Strasbourg" and its distribution in France and also in Europe thanks to the boom in transport.
Cooked at very low temperature directly in the terrine, the Foie Gras has a smooth texture preserving all the finesse and subtlety of the aromas of Goose Foie Gras. Presented in a magnificent earthenware terrine decorated with a Hansi illustration, the Foie Gras releases a little fat during cooking, which will cover it as it cools and thus play the role of protection.
