
Roasted quail legs & sweet potato cream
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
- 400g of sweet potato
- 10cl of coconut milk
- 20cl of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- Salt
Preparation :
1. Peel and cook sweet potatoes in coconut milk with broth and curry
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Serve with lightly roasted quail legs
