Whole Duck Foie Gras has a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a taste which is more pronounced and rustic than that of Goose Foie Gras.

Suggestion

Keep your Duck Foie Gras in the fridge for 12 hours before using. Quickly run the glass jar under hot water to aid removal from the jar, and then run a knife under hot water to help with slicing.
