1. Orders
Acceptance of these general conditions
Any order placed with Maison Edouard Artzner by the order form appearing on the site implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale, which will only be applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Availability
All orders will be honored within the limits of available stocks and defined delivery times. All fresh products are made to order to guarantee their quality / freshness and best meet the demand of our customers.
Our special offers are offered while stocks last. If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email or by telephone within 72 hours. You can then request the cancellation of your order or the exchange of the missing product (s).
Ordering procedures
The order is only taken into account after the customer has completed the site order form. This will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned as well as Edouard Artzner have given their agreement. Edouard Artzner will confirm the acceptance of the order to the customer by e-mail. In the event of refusal by said centers, Edouard Artzner reserves the right to cancel the order and inform its client thereof within 48 working hours of entering the order on the Internet.

Our customers agree to strictly comply with the conditions for preserving the products and the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
No reservations can be made by the customer on criteria concerning the taste, freshness or appearance of the products.
If a product is missing, we will replace it with a similar or higher value product so as not to delay delivery (unless otherwise indicated by the customer).
Right of withdrawal: period of 14 days
The customer has a period of 14 clear days, from the date of receipt of the package, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay penalties.
In accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised by the customer for all products liable to deteriorate or expire quickly (case of all fresh or semi-finished products -cooked). No return or replacement of specialty will be accepted after expiration of the expiration date.
In the event of exercising their right of withdrawal (only possible for canned products), the customer must return the product in its original unopened packaging within a new period of 14 days. You will be reimbursed for the product and the shipping costs within this period.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale and the related contractual relations are governed by French law. The language of this contract is French.
Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of ordinary law (or private international law).

2. Obligations
Obligations of Edouard Artzner
Edouard Artzner undertakes, in the event of acceptance of an order, to sell and send by post the products ordered by the Customer within 5 working days following receipt of the order.
Customer obligations
The Customer undertakes to fill out the order form accurately.
The Customer is prohibited from reselling the products, his order must be intended for personal use or for the personal use of the person to whom the shipment is intended.
3. Specific provisions
Payment terms
The prices of the articles and the shipping costs are invoiced inclusive of tax, the VAT rate being 5.5% for solid products. Prices are guaranteed while stocks last and subject to change in the VAT rate. Any change in this rate could then be immediately reflected in the sale prices. The overall price indicated in the order confirmation by Edouard Artzner is the final price. The price is expressed in euros.
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made online using the secure payment system only by VISA or MASTERCARD. The debit on the customer's bank card will be made upon acceptance of the order.
Delivery locations and times
All the products presented on the site are marketable in mainland France (no sending of fresh or semi-cooked products in Corsica and French overseas departments and territories) as well as in the countries indicated on the site.
The shipment of the order cannot be made without full payment.
Any delay or failure to perform the services provided for herein will not constitute a fault attributable to Edouard Artzner to the extent that it can be justified that this delay or that this failure to perform is attributable, either to the consumer, or in fact, unpredictable and insurmountable, by a third party to the contract, or in a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations, in accordance with article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The customer undertakes to receive the products ordered on the agreed date.
In the absence of the recipient when the parcel is dropped off, Edouard Artzner can in no way be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products, or for non-withdrawal by the recipient.
4. Tarif zones for shipping costs
Metropolitan France
In Chronofresh: The products to be kept cool will be shipped exclusively by Chronopost. The Chronopost Postage and Packaging Costs amount to € 12.90.
In Colissimo: the Standard Shipping and Packaging Costs for canned products amount to € 8.90.
If the order consists of preserved products and products to be kept cool, the shipment will be made in Chronofresh.
For any shipment abroad:
Via DHL: The cost varies depending on the country of destination.
You can always know the amount of the processing and shipping costs by consulting your basket.
Zone 1: 17.50 € (Country: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy)
Zone 2: 18.50 € (Country: Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Poland)
