A true reflection of an ancestral know-how, our producer has been maturing his products for several generations in his small village near Jabugo. He rigorously selects and matures the best of Andalusian cured meats in his natural drying room.

Alsatian meat dishes

Our cooked meats are simmered in Riesling for 1h30. The jars are filled by hand to ensure an attractive presentation of the noble cuts. Our recipes are available in 450g for 1 individual portion and in 1kg for 2 portions.
