Prepare the salad dressing in a salad bowl: mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Wash and spin-dry your salad, add it to the dressing.

Arrange the salad, the slices of duck breast and the Foie Gras on the plate. Cut and add the slices of button mushrooms on top. Decorate with pine nuts and serve immediately.
