Smoked Goose Breast
8 slices of sandwich bread
4 small chopped steaks
50 g of Saint Agur
Using a cookie cutter, cut out your slices of bread. Finish by covering with your slice of bread.
Cook your steaks to your desired doneness and then toast them
On the first slice of bread, add some slices of goose breast, then add your steak and again some slices of goose breast and saint agur.
Place your burgers in the oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt the cheese.
