Tortilla with Iberian Chorizo
Chop the onions and mince the garlic, and sauté them in a large frying pan or sauté pan with a little olive oil over low heat.
Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes and slice them.
Add the potatoes to the pan, cook with a lid and stir gently from time to time for 12 minutes.
Add the chorizo cut into pieces and continue cooking for 3 minutes
Put the mixture in a round cake pan or other.
Beat the eggs, adding salt and pepper, then add them to the mixture.
Just bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C
