This Cebo de Campo Iberian chorizo is seasoned for 3 months with Spanish Pimenton (a variety of paprika). It gives it a beautiful rust color and a slightly fruity taste. 

With its sweet notes, this chorizo presents a harmonious balance between the spiciness of the spices and the power of the meat of Bellota.

produit de mauvaise qualité présence de gras importante en gros morceaux et autres morceaux indéfinissables. Les épices sont très peu présentes, on s'attendrait à un gôut pimenté en rapport avec le caractère typique du produit. n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation d'ARTZENER.
