A meaty and soft meat as we like it!

To obtain this tender and tasty meat, our chefs simmered the duck leg in a large pot with its fat for several hours over low heat. An authentic and traditional recipe made in our factory in Strasbourg.

Easy to reheat, it can be served with mashed potatoes, green beans or a pan-fried mushroom. For cooking enthusiasts, you can also make a duck Parmentier or a pie by crumbling the meat.

To warm your duck leg, take it out of the package. Remove the excess fat and place it in the oven (180 ° C) for about fifteen minutes
