Le magret de canard fumé prétranché
12 slices Pre-sliced smoked Duck Breast

2 tsp Confit d'Oignons Rouges au Piment d'Espelette (L'Épicurien brand)
2 wheat patties / tortillas
2 tbsp. fresh cheese with herbs
œ fresh red onion
A few green salad leaves
A few rocket leaves
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the red onion.

Spread the tortillas out on a board.

Spread each tortilla with the fromage frais with herbs.

Add a teaspoon of red onion confit (L'Épicurien brand).

Arrange a few salad leaves, a little chopped red onion, then 6 slices of smoked duck breast.

Finish with a few rocket leaves.

Roll the wraps up tightly.

Cut into 3-4 cm lengths to make bite-sized appetisers.

Servez aussitît, ou maintenez au frais jusqu’au moment de servir.
