Cauliflower, potato and Truffle soup
Wash and drain the cauliflower florets. Peel and wash the potatoes and dice them.
Put the cabbage flowers, potato cubes and milk in a saucepan.
Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes over low heat and then mix. Just before serving, add a drizzle of truffle oil and the truffle slice.
