40 g of heavy cream
8 figs

1 puff pastry

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and cut out round shapes (using a cookie cutter, for example).

Prick the dough with a fork.

Spread the cream over the pastry.

Slice the figs and place 4 slices on each mini-tartelette. Add a little honey.

Bake the tartlets for about 20 minutes at 200°.

After cooking, place a few pieces of foie gras on top.
