The frank and vigorous aromas and the slightly rustic character of Edouard Artzner's whole Duck Foie Gras will seduce both gourmets and connoisseurs. Presented in a jar, you can unmould your Duck Foie Gras with a spoon.

Keep your Duck Foie Gras in the refrigerator for 12 hours before eating it. Quickly run the jar under hot water to make it easier to unmould, then use a knife dipped in hot water to slice it.
You can also serve your Foie Gras with a spoon, forming quenelles after passing your spoon under hot water.

Chef's advice: A little Gewurztraminer "Edouard Artzner" jelly, in the form of dices or finely chopped, will wonderfully flavor your Duck Foie Gras.

La date de conservation de ce produit qui est sensée être de 2 ans a une date d expiration sur le bocal jusqu au 12 2022 soit 1 an je suis très surprise et decue
