Foie Gras and Christmas spices bites
Duck Foie Gras
1 egg yolk
50g of flour
25cl of milk
1 tsp of 4 spice mix
In a bowl, beat the egg and yolk, add the flour, salt and spices and mix. Add the milk while mixing.
Cut the foie gras into small cubes and add them to the dough.
Oil the fluted moulds and pour the mixture into them.
Bake them for 18 minutes at 180°C in the oven
