Spring tartine with Cottage cheese, Duck breast, Strawberries and Asparagus

Ingredients

1 pack of smoked Duck Breast
Country sourdough bread (or other)
300g cottage cheese
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Fresh green peas
Green asparagus tips
Fresh strawberries

Thin the cottage cheese with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Blanch the asparagus tips: dip them for three to six minutes (depending on their size) in a pot of boiling water . Once the asparagus are cooked, quickly immerse them in an ice water bath for 1 to 2 minutes.

Grill your bread slices.

Proceed with the presentation: spread the cottage cheese on the toast slices and garnish your tartine with some nice slices of duck breast, fresh peas, blanched asparagus tips and fresh strawberries.
And voilà! It’s done to impress your guests!
