Roasted zucchini and chorizo salad with passion fruit sauce
Wash the zucchini and grate them.
Brown the zucchinis with a little olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion and tomatoes, the chorizo.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing all the ingredients.
Rub the slices of baguette with the garlic.
Brown the baguette slices in the oven with 1 tablespoon of olive oil (about 2-3 minutes).
